Prtc (Pondicherry Road Transport Corporation — Bus tickets not confirmed by mobile apps in pondicherry rtcs

I tried to book a roundtrip ticket from Banglore to Pondicherry through BUSINDIA MOBILE APP. Everything is fine and done but even the pnr number doesn't came..I don't know where my money went...please don't share it tickets to unknown mobile apps..they are not responding also...
