PSPCL — Fixing of new meter without seal and loose

Sir. I am your consumer at bathida.My account no is B11NC820617L. Earlier due loose keeping just it was hanging with 2 wires.Any its connector was burnt and on 27-3-15 I applied for a new meter. Today on 17-4-15 they have putt another meter. It has been put in a worst condition.Neither it is sealed nor it is tied properly, it it is just hanging with a electric wire which can fall down any time, because lot of cattle are scratching to that poll.please it should be in proper box otherwise it will be your responsibilitie if any thing goes wrong with meter.
