SIR i travel before 15 days from surat to patna i got confirm ticket in tatkal quota but due to many waiting list passenger in our compartment we harassed heavily as, , waitlist passanger occupied our birth force fully, all toilet water finished due to 100 passanger in compartment, we complain to TTE and RPF they told we cannot do any thing as they all have wait list ticket and there...
