hi,
i registered one complaint for not working of numeric keypad. so far i have performed recovery times but it didn't result in any resolution. i received a mail regarding closure of ticket but it was not asked to me whether this is really closed or not. i informed to your service engineer at the same time and he is also aware that the issue is still open. i don't why HP is not taking any initiative itself. This is really frustating to me.
