[Resolved] Public Sector Insurance Co. — Idea Cellular Recharge of 3g Data 127/- Rs plan Cut from mail Balance | |||
Dear Sir, My Mobile no is [protected]. I have done 3G Data recharge of 127 Rs (1GB) on 4th April 2014and my recharge was done successfully and I have got successful recharge message But when I am using internet data charges are deducted from my talk time balance and 3G data balance remain same. When I am checking my data balance using *125# number it shows “Data Bal in ur accoung 1024.00 MB, Can you please help me in this? IDEA people make every one full i must say. Today again I have received call from idea customer care, they asked that last time you have discussed and complain about 127 recharge and Deduction but that recharge is specially for idea smart phone. not for the normal users and they greet and disconnect the call.
But still problem is not solved... they have not even said that we will try to resolve your problem.
I am using IDEA service from last 6-7 year but must say IDEA Services are really worst...

Public Sector Insurance Co. — Unable to login, account disabled
Dear Sir, Had been trying to login to my account after quite some time, but am receiving an msg that says "userid is disabled". Would really appreciate if anyone could help me with the same. I have all the complete details but am unable to login. Received Call from [protected] IDEA Social Service on sunday at 12.28PM.
The same story they have repeated again and again, Recharge is for Smart phone n bla bla bla. I told him that I have your sites Screen shot, it showing that [ Rs.127 Recharge is for 1GB Bundle usage, Validity 30 Days, and Chrges after free usage 2ps/1kbps ], I hv also told them that You have not mention any thing about Idea Smart phone and etc.
And finally Executive told me that he can not resolve the problem. thats it.
Seriously telling you people.. Never Ever use IDEA cellular connection. They are making fool to the customers, Worst services I have ever faced. Misguiding customer etc.
Want to go for Portability now.
