[Resolved]  Public Sector Insurance Co. — Worst coustomer service ever

Dear Sir/Madam, I have had to talk with your customer care people for 1 hour in which I couldn't even find a single person who could talk in proper English or could even understand my simple English. Moreover the reason they gave me was absurd, pinpointed some other department and diverting my call again and again; the whole point of it seemed to be intended to make me frustrated and end up the relationship with vodafone. And it was a big success because I'm fed up with the service of vodafone and now I am moving back to Airtel, which at the moment seems to be a better service provider on the wake of your true identity. Never expected this kind of a response from an organisation such as yours, try to fix it before you lose many more of you costumers. My particular problem was that I recharged for Rs.199 (in which I was supposed to get 2G unlimited for 2GB data), but I didn't get that, instead I got only 1GB of data and when inquired it seems that I had only consumed 17MB of data according to the costumer care but on my phone it shows that I have consumed about 1GB and that my data has been exhausted, I was coned by you. Maybe it was a mistake, but the customer care refused to solve it and so I respectfully am throwing away the vodafone sim and going to opt for a better one, Airtel preferably. I have liked vodafone to any other service provider, really disappointed on such unprofessional act.
