[Resolved]  Bhopal City Bus Service — troubles caused by bus service

I want to shed light on some factors which cause trouble to common people and give bhopal city bus service a bad name.

1. Misbehaviour of drivers and conductors.

2. Conductors do not return change(for ticket fare) even after repeatedly asking.

3. Rash driving.

I kindly request the concerned authorities to look into the matter asap.
