[Resolved]  KSRTC Bus Kanakapura Depot. — Stop Problems Tirupati Bus in Talaghattapura

Hi,
my name is Sachidananda R Kamath travelling daily Via Monthly Pass from Kanakapura to Bangalore. Today on 10th Nov 2012 traveling in Tirupati Bus & not informed any things. Normally Stop in Talaghattapura,hence i had Pass to thought when stopped in kaggalipura.
I had requested to stop in Talaghattapura said no stop get down in konanakunte cross. Asked conductor Why did you give stop in Kaggalipura saying that taken ticket up to Bangalore. as soon told we had monthly pass up to Bangalore ?
No answer & says Ask Depo Manager/TC ?
Conduct is behind Collection of Cash & negalects Monthly Pass! Conduct behaviour is very bad and says if you wants to complaint don't care ......
I asked what is your name /Batch Number say that Please take Bus number & Log complaint ?

Finally taken Vedio shooting of his word & sms to Kanakapura Depo Manager.

Worst service from Kanakpura Depo .........

I am nagaraja i am daily traveling from kanakapura to bangalore but here bus service is Worst service from Kanakpura Depo.and harohalli Depo. every morning 7 to 8:30 AM and evening 5 PM to 11 PM buses problem. Kindly i request you please clear the problem

Hai this chetan from kanakapura

I am daily travalled Banglore to kanakapura. and I am leave the bus in yadiyur bus stand. But maximum bus goes to kr market Via kr road and I asking why turn the bus to kr road I go to yadiyur he told just leaves in banshankari or kr road, bus not going that side. Every day same problem in same conductor and driver

So pls kindly take action about this problem
Otherwise I will register complaints in your head office
