Hello Sir,
I have booked a e-ticket online for travelling from Pune to Aurangabad at 9:15 and after few minutes at 9:30 due to some reason I had to cancel the ticket.
Unfortunately when I look into site there was no cancellation link navigating to "My tickets". Hence I was unable to cancel the same. Moreover there was no response on both the number listed in the site.
I had to unfortunately sent an email to cancel the ticket and for which I have received no response.
Below are my Ticket details:

Passenger Name: Kaushik
Since there was no cancellation link I request you to cancel the ticket.

I have booked a e-ticket online for travelling from Khed (Bharana Naka) to Mumbai - for SHIVSHAHI BUS And bus timing was 8:40AM at Khed (Bharana Naka) but still bus has now arrived, and bus is cancelled,
this issue is 3rd time I'm facing. I want my money back
