Puma — Manufacturing defect

I bought 2 pair of shoes Ferrari brand from puma store, sky zone Phoenix mills, lower parel, Mumbai, they promised me... If anything happens, will get it replaced... Within 6 months 10 days, shoes got torned, I went to the store... They denied totally and replied me in abusive language saying... " jo ukhadna hain woh ukhad lo" ... After paying heavy prices for such brand and I am getting such abusive reply...
