[Resolved] Puma — Regarding pasting defect in my PUMA Shoes FAAS 300 V3 Model

This is to inform you that I have purchased this shoe from Banglore (MG-1 Mall) on 11.11.2014 and I hardly used only a week after that I found the pasting of the shoes from the front side (Toes Top Side) was not ok and after that I checked it completely at my own and some of my friends also noticed the improper shining when we look it right from the Top and from the very front side because the pasting was dismounted slowly n slowly in the whole week.
I feel very upset and decided to go to PUMA store so I have visited PUMA Store SCO-110-111, Sector -17C Chandigarh-160017 on 02.12.2014 and discuss the same issue with your staff at Puma Store after conclusion of the defect they told me to leave my shoes and they will clarify with the quality department as they told to solve this issue within a week but every week I called them and the status was not updated I waited for 3 weeks and then I called him and shown my temper then he replied me that we regret for the replacement of the same.
In this context, I request you to kindly look into the matter and give me the proper resolution or replacement of my shoe.
