Puma — Shoes Replacement

Hi Team, I purchased a pair of PUMA shoes Article No. 35697501 from Puma Store Dwarka sector-7 on 06/04/2015 on Monday for INR 5499/3093. At the time of purchasing your employee gave me commitment that if any problem will happen with shoes with in 3 months than they will replace my Article and provide me another product. Now the shoes got defective by pasting and it appears very badly. I am still not understand that PUMA brand product could be de-shape within one month. I hope you will take strong action against on this incident and provide me another new article.
