Puma — Threat from your store

I bought a pair of shoes worth 4300rs early this month, from your puma store at subash nagar pacific mall, which got torn in just 2-3 days. I went to the store again after a week's time and the response and behaviour of your store manager Manoj, was awful. He was least bothered about the complaint and forget about apologising he instead told me nothing can be done I have to wait for at least 1 week. While all this was happening his fellow members were laughing on me as I was really upset because your store manager was not sure when to use HE or SHE. I spoke to Kusum in Banagalore @ [protected] and explained her the situation and I told her I cant wait for 7 days so she agreed to get the product exchanged then & there. I got my new shoes however even the exchanged shoes got torn in 2 days. My brother again went there and took a completely new design and for the remaining balance your gender confused manager refused to give credit note and asked him to make the purchase then only. My brother bought a bag for the remaining amount. Unfortunately I didn't like the colour of the bang and went to the store today to get it exchanged however your manager refused to get the product exchanged despite of me reminding him everything. He said I can do what I want however he wont change the bag. He said that your brother was clearly informed either to take cash back or make the purchase, & when I asked this question from your sales girl who helped my brother the last time, she said it clearly in front of the manager that money was never offered she also said that we still wont change the bag as I'm coming for the 3rd time which really pissed me and forced me to shout as out of 3, 2 visits were because the shoes were defected. The manager said I can shout but he wont do anything. Then another person ANKIT BHASIN came and said we are in store otherwise we don't listen " baher hota na tab batata, baher delh lunga main".. He also said mentioned that I should rather buy from sadar bazaar despite of the fact Your products are defected. I spoke to kusum again and told her about the statements I've heard here. She also did not take any action however agreed for money back. And the person who is your store manager Manoj, I don't know what made you think that he can be a manager forget about handling situation he could not even control his juniors while they were laughing, or for that matter threatening me. Ankit Bhasin who is so called fashion consultant he himself is a disaster in talking to his customers. Since I have not seen anybody taking any action for the threat that Mr fashion consultant has given me I will make sure that I file a complaint against it.
