Pune Municipal Corporation — Dengu can be spread in my area

I am staying in Fursungi, Pune. In front my building, there is another building work going on for that builder made dept hole for foundation work and discontinued his work for more than 2 months, but that hole contains water for more than two months and they are not removing that water.
