[Resolved] Pune Rto — RC book / Smart card not received | |||
Bought Ritz on July 2014 (MH12LD0983). RC book / Smart card is not received from Pune RTO. It is almost 10 months now... Receipt No:[protected] / 1212-[protected] dated 07/08/2014 (VSL[protected] Each time I have visited Pune RTO, officer responded saying we will send the card in 20 days.
