Pune Works — Fraud on Data Deliver

I start Home base jobs with Pune Works since 21st May 2016. But my registration made with Firstejob.com. I got no confirmation from both of them. But they delivered me data. Their condition which is displayed at Pune Works and now payment mode is hell and heaven difference. Now firstejob.com mailed me payment only submitted 5000 data. They delivered me till date about 8000 data and submitted data will be 4500. Today they send me data for 200 and out of 20 not a single data submitted. This is their game. They take registration fees and delay to payment by this. I already expense Rs. 2000/- to purchase Internet Data, electricity bill, and my time. May I get any solution.
