Punjab National Bank — ATM machine jammed between functions applying, but cash not received, but Rupees withdraw from my account

I go to ATM Chandpur of Punjuab National Bank. I completing the function to get 15 thousand Rupees, but in between screen being red and nothing any action in ATM machine. After that I came out from the chamber of ATM. After one minutes I found a massage of cash withdraw 15 thousand in my account balance. Please refund my amount 15 thousand Rupees in my account.
