sir, my name is s.shyamkumar my pnb account no: [protected]. i have recharged an amount of rs 1000 to my mobile but due to some problem recharge was unsuccesfull but rs 1000 is deducted from my account on 07/08/14 nearly 4 months passed my money is not yet refunded. Raised 3 complaints they have given 3 complaint numbers but no further steps taking to sort out my issues.the 3 complaint numbers are 1: M[protected]: M[protected]: M[protected]. only i am getting complaint nos from bank but they are doing nothing on that.
4 months has passed i have not received a single penny. my time is wasted lot by calling to these people. I have called to their customer for more than 5 times, every time when i call they are saying it will take 45 days to process a complaint number. after 45 days when i call them they are given new complaint no, and again asking me to wait for 45 days.It is very frustrating to call every time and to hear the same dialogue from them. The customer service is very poor. I have also spoken to one of their higher officals but no use.
i strongly recommend to give a warning to customer service for their irresponsible behaviour if possible impose penalty. also i request for refund my money. Was this information helpful? |
