[Resolved] Punjab National Bank Housing Finance [Pnbhfl] — Ecs debited after loan closure and delay in refund

My home loan a/c no [protected] was closed on 7th april 2016 and my ecs for rs. 33090 was scheduled for 10th of every month. Due to public holidays on 8th, 9th and 10th, pnbhfl couldn't cancel my ecs and hence an amount or rs. 33090 was debited from my account. The manager promised refund in 2 working days and now it is more than 2 weeks and i am yet to get refund. Please take action and refund my money with immediate effect.
