[Resolved] Punjab National Bank Housing Finance [Pnbhfl] — Floating interest Rate not changing | |||||
Hi. My Loan Account no is [protected]. I have taken floating rate of interest. All the banks have reduced rate of interest with reduction in rates of RBI but PNBHFL is not reducing rate of interest for old customers. They are charging lower interest rate to new customers but for us old customers they are asking for processing charges to the tune of over 5000 rs to reduce interest rate. I have taken loan on floating rate of interest and have paid all my installments on time since last 5 years still they are not reducing interest rates. Last time also i paid processing charges to get my loan rate reduced which is really unfair. They are attracting new customers at lower rates but there is no importance given to old customers.
