My atm cum debit was expired on November 2014. At that time I was in Delhi and could not go to branch from which it was issued. So i consulted on PNB customer care about this n they asked me to block the card and go to nearby branch after 48 hours to replaceit with a new card. But when I went there officer there did not seem interested to listen and when I told her my problem then he told me that only that branch can replace the card from where it was issued.
I told her that customer care suggested me for this but she clearly refused that dont listen them. They are just like that.
I really don't know what to do. My branch officers are saying that they have not got the message for card blocking yet.
though it is 72 hours since I blocked the card.
