Punjab National Bank — MONEY NOT CAME OUT FROM PNB ATM MACHINE

Respected Sir, I used PNB ATM on 21/10/14 in Lucknow for withdrawing 10, 000 rs. I insert my card at 5.11 pm and start my transaction but when I intered my 10000 rs amount, The screne of PNB ATM Machine become blanck and nothing shown on the screne. I waited over there for 4-5 Minutes but neither the amount nor the receipt of my transaction came out, Immediately i move to near by ATM Machine of SBI Patiyala and to check my balance I withdraw 1000 rs at 5:16 pm . Till that my balance was correct and I thought due to some PNB ATM machine problum my previous transaction using PNB ATM was cancelled. On 27 th when I have to withdraw again 10000 rs from my a/c, I use ATM, I came to know that 10, 000 is deducted from my a/c from PNB ATM. SIr I lock my complain with my bank of baroda branch, and they process my complaint with PNB and reply that 10, 000 is released from ATM at 5:18 pm. I ask to see the CCTV footage but they are not providing me that, Sir How could I know that after 7 min. that amount came out from atm. and its not my fault that PNB ATM machine is not working and released transaction after so much time.
