Punjab National Bank [PNB] Complaints & Reviews

I received my Punjab National Bank Statement from one of my relatives who doesn't have access to my account or any authorization to do anything in my bank account. No money is deducted from my account but how someone else can get my bank statement without my permission. The statement has all the transactions from January 2021 till May 2023.

I have wrongly transfered amount to PNB account however, I am sending funds to my own HDFC account.

An amount of rs 20000 is transfered in my account by somebody i known through upi .deducted from his account ([protected]) ifsc :- SBIN0051466 SBI account . but not credit in my account[protected], IFSC :-PUNB0154620 .he shows me his passbook in which amount is showing debited . I have tried to book a Ticket on IRCTC using paytm gateway pnb bank through gpay. But ticket not get booked. But money got deducted.
Which was refunded by IRCTC on 3rd april and now it's been so many days but still I didn't received that amount in my bank.
