I have ordered the product on 11 feb 2021 and price of the product was 499/-...i paid the product's amt through my debit card

But due to some reason i cancelled the product on 15th feb..
And refund initiated by amazon on 15th feb 2021

But still my refund has not been received..

My refund is not proceeded since last month concerned departments are requested to kindly see towards it ....

I ordered a product from Amazon on 31 Jan and returned it in 8 February the order I'd is-

Amazon says they have issued refund in my account but it doesn't show in my account, also they have issued me a refund reference number but the bank employees hasn't provided any information regarding my refund from REDUND REFERENCE NUMBER i.e 037515 you can check the same in bottom of the below screenshot...
