Punjab National Bank [PNB] — Balance deduction in unsuccessful transaction | |||
Hello sir, This is hansraj, a student of iit (Bhu), varanasi. My pnb account no. Is [protected]. I was depositing my college fees(Rs. 12000) online through pnb debit card on 6 febuary, 2016. The transaction was unsuccessful but balance of amount rs. 12137.40 deducted from my account . I registered a complaint on the same day to pnb customer care and my complaint number is a[protected]. I have also submitted a complaint through email to pnb debit card cell on 2 march, 2016. It has been almost 2 months, but there is no response from their side. They have not provided any feedback to my complaint. I required to deposit my fees till 10th april, 2016 otherwise college will not allow me for examination. So i need my money back urgently.
