I have paid a bill for Rs.1829- by debit card on 13-11-16 at 12:18:53. While my sb a/c no- [protected] has been debited by Rs.1881.67.As per announcement of RBI, there is no charges should be deducted on such type of transactin.In this connection customer care has also contacted, but they could not help in this regards.
Pl look into matter.

Updated by ssingh612 I have submitted a complaint within an hour. In this connection a phone call from mob no- +[protected] received, and who was asking my debit card no for resolving my complaint, but I have not provided the same.
