Punjab National Bank [PNB] — Chief manager shouted unnecessarily | |||
Hi, I went to G.T road branch of PNB for opening my PPF account. And i was not having the original PAN card, as i lost it accidentally. So when i went to Chief manager for verifying my documents, I showed him my aadhar card and photocopy of PAN card but he started shouting on me loudly. I tried to ask his name from other colleagues but no one told me his name. As he has no right to shout on me and If he thinks that i'm not.eligible for this then he should have said this clearly. Managers are there to solve the queries and issues with customers but has no right to shout on them unnecessarily. I request to please take a strict action against him. I would strongly recommend a humanity training for him. He was very impatient and short tempered. He don't deserve to be a chief manager. Thanks, Was this information helpful? | |||
