Punjab National Bank [PNB] — Complaint a[protected] | |||
Dear concerned, Very disappointed to inform you that myself being pnb customer from past 5 years is not getting response for complaint a[protected] launched on 6 sep 2016 at 7 pm. I have tried to withdraw amount inr 10000 from an atm (bank of india atm) in gurgaon on 6th sep. after entering pin and amount i got message on atm screen that it is temporarily out of service. After 30-40 min, i got sms from pnb that account has been debited with rs. 10000. immediately i launched complaint a[protected] through call on customer care. After 15 days i got a response that request has been rejected by other bank. Please let me know by when i can get my money back? Was this information helpful? | |||
