Punjab National Bank [PNB] — Complaint against misbehaviour with our customers

Dear sir/ madam,
I want to inform you that i am really upset of your officer's misbehaviour with me whose name is mr virendra singh from shahganj branch agra. When i was gone to the bank and ask him about my blocked debit card. He is not listening me at once and said that i am not habitual for listening more form any one and he is not helping me to unblock my debit. Is this your bank's service to your customers. Can you please take a strict action against him.
Please do something against mr virendra singh otherwise i will left your bank
