Punjab National Bank [PNB] — No cash was dispensed from ATM, but debited from my Account.

This has reference to my complaint dated 05.09.16, wherein it was informed that on 24.08.16, I tried to withdraw Rs. 1500/- from my saving account through ATM.No cash was dispensed, but Rs 1500/ had been deducted from my account. Till date no amount has been credited in my account. please take necessary action in this matter and refund the deducted amount at the earliest,
