Punjab National Bank — Refused from cash by the cashier

I sent my employ on 7/5/2015 to deposit the money but the cashier sitting there refused and asked to deposit the money in the machine, there 2 extra transactions were added of Rs.25/-. I want to know about the transaction what what purpose they were done and want the money back. If the money is to be deposited in the machine then i suggest you to dismis the job of cashier. contact no.-[protected]
