Punjab National Bank — Regarding information leak from punjab national bank and fraud rs 16000 / -

on 17 july 2015 I was try to pay my airtel bill through internet banking my money was debited from my account and payment was unsuccessful I was registered the complaint against my debit amount after given maximum time when my complaint was not rectify then I call to pnb customer care they tell me to wait for more 3 days after that a person call me from [protected] and tell me about my complaint and he insure that they refund my money with in a hour and after that I received a call from [protected] and a person Rahul kumar gupta who is calling tell that he is pnb manager from claim department and his employee id is PNB852130 and inquiry for my complaint which I was registered in pnb customer care and then he tell my details like my name, fathers name, my pnb account number and my pnb account nominee and then ask me about my card detail for refund my debit money from my account and a person rahul kumar gupta also know that my father also have an account in Punjab national bank . After telling and asking my account details and he stolen my RS 16000 from my account .
Please help me to trace this number and person and request to Punjab national bank to refund my money bank because without bank’s help a person don’t known about my account detail, my account nominee name and my father have an account in Punjab national bank .
