Punjab National Bank — return of demand draft by drawee bank

I have drawn dd from sbbj bank in name of my training institution amounting to rs4000 It was presented in Pnb twice that is first time on 19june, 2015 and 9july, 2015 but pnb had returned it. Sbbj has given proof in written that fund has been transferred on first presentment that is on 19june to pnb. Now pnb has no information regarding where is that fund from 1month.
