Dear sir / On 18/11/14 I go to P.N.B bank A.t.m At surajkund road Meerut a.t.m id is G3078200 time 13:58 after enter the card in Atm and enter pin atm screen was hang after wait of 15min in my mobile s.m.s came that i have widthrawl rs 15000 after that i have done complain at customer care complain no.A[protected] after wait of 8 days they say that your transcion is successfuly than i go to P.N.B Zonel office at Saket Meerut and say my problem but they also say same after 15 days i say that show me cctv footage but after 8 days they told me that we dont have cctv footage of that A.t.m now sir iam doing complain to u please resolve my problem thnak you very much Sanjay sharma A/c no.
