[Resolved]  Punjab Roadways — money not refunded

I travelled from jalandhar to moga One conductor gave me ticket at bus stand counter and didnt refunded the balance and said tht conductor in bus will refund it. But the conductor in the bus deny to give balance. Its not about the balance only, but the bahavoiur of conductor and way of talking was not acceptable. Bus no was pb29 n 9205. (Number not confirmed, only idea is there)
