Punjab Roadways - Punbus — Uncivilized behavior of Conductor

I am Rahul and I travelled in Punbus PB 65 R 1917 Time 1:40 PM Dated[protected] from Chandigarh to Delhi. Conductor started shouting at me on asking for the seat number which i'll get for journey. In spite of asking him for the numerous times to make the ticket only if my preferred seat numbers are available, he made the ticket and provided me some other seat, for which i was saying NO from the start. When I objected, then the conductor and some other persons sitting in the ticket counter started shouting at me. It is quite shocking that the conductor of the bus feels that passengers have no right to decide whether he want service or not, for which he is paying a good amount. Instead he'll have to be dependent on his ruthless behaviour. Request you to take strict action against the conductor. Regards Rahul [protected]@gmail.com

Updated by rakalia After even a week, there is no response. If i dont get any response, i am going to escalate it to higher authority and going to file an official complaint in consumer court.
