[Resolved]  Punjab Roadways — Unnecessary stoppage at the petrol pump

Hello Sir/Madam, I am a daily traveler and i travel between ludhiana-mohali-ludhiana on daily basis. I board Punjab Roadways AC and non AC buses. Today 23-April-2014 I boarded bus number PB 65 E 2318 from Firozepur Depot bus frm ludhiana to Chandigarh. There is a petrol pump near to Balongi lights. All the punjab roadways buses get in their fuel from that pump. My concern is that the driver take a U-Turn and for going to the petrol pump while on the way from ludhiana to chandigarh. Today they went at 8.50 am and started from the petrol pump at 9.10am. Why the buses cant get in fueled when they are on the way to the location and petrol pump is on the way. Why going to opposite direction and making passengers late and harassing them. Today all the passengers were harassed. The behavior of the drivers and conductors is really pathetic. I am really sorry to say that punjab roadways is useless in these terms of hospitality with passengers. Hence i will request you take a quick action against it. Buses should be fueled well on advance once the passengers board the bus. Not in the way by spoiling the time of passengers or harassing them. Thanks Manu
