Punjab State Power Corporation [PSPCL] — Power shutdown without any notice

The complaint is against sdo in charge focal point pspcl division. It has been observed that the power has been frequently cut without any notice even if there is little wind blowing.In a month almost everyday there is two times power cut every day. This is not the scenario with the whole city but only focal point area. I request you to take action against erring officials and request for transfer else complaint will be forwarded to higher authorities.
