Sir,

Our electricity is shut down since yesterday morning, we already lodge the complaint against complaint no. 5171586 dt. 28.08.2016. 2 technian come at on the spot and he told thie problem will resolve by je, after this contact j. E. And told he is on leave for 2-3 days.
Yet this time problem is still pending.

Please help and advise for further.
