Punjab Technical University — Counselling registration Problem

My name is Piyush Kumar Singh , I applied for Punjab technical university for B.Tech and B.Tech Fee Waiver course, 2015. I paid counselling fees of 2000 Rs and generate Transaction Id. On the website the status is showing that the 2000 Rs counselling fees is paid. But I am not able to do registration for the counselling. While doing registration, a pop out came and it says that counselling fess was not paid. Below is my mentioned details: Kindly help me as the counselling time is very limited (till tomorrow) and I am not able to do the registration.
