I bought pure it a year ago. During the purchase they told the life long service is free.
But today they charged Rs.50

But i dont have any proof for that "Life long free service." If you have their old advertisements, Please let me know....

pure it service is worse do not relay the company service is fake i have order a micro- fibre mesh but i got no responce from pure it service so public i[censored] r thinking to buy pure it then think more 100 times to buy because it is useless to buy the fake product hell with pure it...................................................................................⇄

PureIT....now this product has great power....trust me. I had not written a complaints for years but its because of the power of PureIT that has compelled me to write about the greatness (pun intended) of this so call 1 crore ka challenge water purifier.

I bought it just 2 months back and the sales guys made big talks just the way they do it in the advertisement. It worked fine for 2 months and then 1 fine day it stopped working....

I am extremely disappointed with your PureIt service. I had lodged a request for battery kit replacement (Rs. 365) on 11-Oct-2010.

After 3-4 days of continuous follow up, the service exec came to my house today at a time "convenient" to him (and not convenient for the customer). He had brought a battery kit for Rs. 510 as Rs. 365 was "out of stock".

The kit that he has replaced also does...
