Hi, We stay in RT Nagar Sultanpalya Bangalore. We Bought a Pureit Filter 26lts Autofill in 2014. Every month we call customer care and ask to change germkill kit. 3 months back a service person came and broke the filter shield and cracked the glass. When we complaint him he denied and told it was broken. On the month of July again we asked for germkill kit and told the person to repair or exchange it..He asked us 2000/- for that .When we told that it was broken by you so he has to exchange then he denied and didn't change the kit also.Today on 21st August again customer service person came and...

Pureit Germkill Kit purifies approx 1500 litres of water and needs to be regularly replaced as soon as its Germkill life indicator turns red. Pureit Germkill Kit contains: (1) Microcharged Membrane (2) Germkill Processor - Indicator (3) Carbon Polisher 1500 litres of water means around 6 months of time period for 2 people. When I bought the germkill kit last time, it last for 2.5 months only. Pureit is selling all three parts combined which is not required at all. I am using "AUTOFILL" water purifier having Customer ID No.1931782936 since March-2013. Since I have purchased the water purifier as stated above, numbers of problems I have faced and every time Hindustan Unilever - pure it team provided a poor service more over every time I was unsatisfied with pure it team. I am just surprised that recently on 02.05.2015 a Germ kill Battery kit of 3000 ltr capacity has been purchased and installed and that has been expired just within 3 months instead of daily water requirement in my family is maximum 10 ltr. per day . There is a leakage problem in my brand new "Pureit Ultima" from bottom of it. We have registered a complaint on 16.07.2015 with Complain No: C156869190. Technician came and observed it. but no action till now. Since it is brand new (Purchased on 2.07.2015 fron Kohinoor - Vashi, Navi MUmbai) and installed on 4.07.2015) we do not want it repaired. It seems a manufacturing defact We want it to replace with another sealed/brand new unit. Requear you to do the needful at the earliest....

I am using Pureit water purifier of HUL. Few days back I have broken one part of the filter during cleaning. After that I called to Pureit customer care and booked that particular part. I got the confirmation of booking and price details by SMS. But next day I got call from Pureit service team that particular part is not available so they cannot deliver the same. PUREIT does not provide any service to its customers. I have registered number complaints for last one month. I have been calling the customer care every other day. But still I have not got any service for my request. I have got Marvella RO installed on Dec 3 2014. I am writing this after three complaints and after several assurances by HUL. Utterly frustrated with your response and service. Someone higher up needs to take a look. I have a mervella ro installed, I am facing low fileration problem and for the last two weeks I am constantly rising complaints and following up for the same. I raised a complaint on 14th May, then on 23rd may and again on 25th May. I own a Marvella model (without electric). Every time the kit is replaced, after few days the side pipe starts leaking again. Whenever the custOmer care shop (who replaced the kit-Dum Dum service centre) is informed to fix the issue, he always says - the Marvella model in itself is defectively created, hence company has itself comeup with a new model with an exchange offer (trying to always push for its sales for new model). When said, that the problem only arises after replacing the new kit and even after getting other parts replaced on payment as advised by the person during the last kit replacement...

Hi, I have ordered a germ kill kit for Pureit classic 23 L three days back..This request went to Scorpion services enterprises.LSP (9310422171). A very untrained technician came and installed the new kit. But for next 2 days, water didnt get purified. We call the scorpion enterprises several times for this issue but they ignored the request and then finally on Monday, they sent one of the technician for repair and he found out that PUREIT was broken from two places because of that it was not working. Purifier is not working since 15 days.
