Hi, We stay in RT Nagar Sultanpalya Bangalore.
We Bought a Pureit Filter 26lts Autofill in 2014. Every month we call customer care and ask to change germkill kit. 3 months back a service person came and broke the filter shield and cracked the glass. When we complaint him he denied and told it was broken. On the month of July again we asked for germkill kit and told the person to repair or exchange it..He asked us 2000/- for that .When we told that it was broken by you so he has to exchange then he denied and didn't change the kit also.Today on 21st August again customer service person came and told the same thing that they wont be able to resolve.
Why Pureit hires such kind of engg. who dont know how to give service.They dnt want to reveal their manager name as they dnt want escalation.Then why should we buy these products .
