Pure IT Water Purifiers — Failed to deliver product in timeline

I have ordered GermKill Kit 3000ltr on 16th Oct 2014 at 12:39PM online and called customer care for confirmation. On 19th Oct 2014 10:57AM I got message on my mobile number that my order number RFS/5629591 is delivered successfully with pureit promise.. :--- That was big joke, today its 20th oct 2014 5:19PM I am writing and after doing four complaints at customer care number : [protected] Still they are saying it will delivered tomorrow after 11AM its now fifth day started and I logged complaint at customer care on 19th that means after loggin complaint they still taking 48 hours.. PUREIT ARE YOU KIDDING WITH ME??? DO YOU THINK ARE YOU WORKING AS PER YOUR PROMIS???? There is no purification with water at my home now.. If in between me or my family suffered with any problem due to impure water are you taking responsibility ???? If no then who is responsible for this mistake that you made... I want all clarification on this.
