Dear Team, I have logged a call for replacement of germkill KIT for my Pureit Advanced on dated 16 May 2015 via called at customer care[protected] they give me the time of 48 hours for replacement. till 19 May 2015 no body has contact to me or visit to close the request and i logged a complate on 19 May via complate Number C[protected]. Till 23 May 2015 no body has contact me or vist to replace the KIT, Thanx and regards, Manoj Bedi [protected]
