Pure IT Water Purifiers — Purifier not working. Technician not responding.

We have a Pureit Marvella water purifier and the lights have been blinking without any water being purified since Saturday 23rd August. We have contacted the call center and apart from apologies and assurances that the issue will be resolved the next day, we have been waiting for almost a week and buying water since we do not know when the purifier will be repaired. Apart from that we have been taking days off from work to accommodate the technician who has been promising to come the next day. This is very unprofessional on your Unilever's and we are just being taken for a ride...
