Pure IT Water Purifiers — Technican broke the PUREIT while installing Germkill Kit

Hi, I have ordered a germ kill kit for Pureit classic 23 L three days back..This request went to Scorpion services enterprises.LSP ([protected]). A very untrained technician came and installed the new kit. But for next 2 days, water didnt get purified. We call the scorpion enterprises several times for this issue but they ignored the request and then finally on Monday, they sent one of the technician for repair and he found out that PUREIT was broken from two places because of that it was not working. It a very genuine request, please take action ASAP . Already raised the complaint (C[protected]. Either replace the pureit or repair it with no further issues.
