There was no trace of the technician every time after registering the compliant I receive a SMS that the complaint has been attended and please give your feedback. Are you guys seriously organised? I feel your franchise service (New Wave Agency Chennai 600082 ) Support is cheating you and your valuable customer. Can you understand how desperate I felt and was badly in need of your help to repair and re install. My father-in-law and mother-in- law supposed to drink filtered water to avoid infection. I have been using mineral water from the nearby shops from my home. What is the use of purchasing the product from you? Can you people get my feelings and the mental stress I need a free service to compensate whatever has happened till now. Hope my problem will be solved.
