[Resolved]  Pure IT Water Purifiers — Worst Customer Service

Hi This is with utter displeasure I am writing the complain regarding the Pure It service. I have been consuming Pure It water filter since 4 years and recently I have started facing lot of problems with water leakage from the filter. So, to rectify it I have been calling and registering complain time and again with Pure It customer care and my complain number with them is C[protected]. It's been 3 and half month we are facing this issue and this guys keep telling they will take this issue as high priority and make it fix in a day or two. I want to file a complain regarding them since this guys are not at all providing any valuable service also the service who comes once in a blue moon do not behave properly with customers and also they do not provide and receipt for service done and keep begging for money for nothing. I would request Hindustan Unilever to guide this pure it guys improve their service because if they do not keep up to the mark they will perish if they do not perform.
