Pureit / Hindustan Unilever — Battery Kit life is short. becomes red before using 500 litres! | |||||
Hello there, I purchased auto fill pureit 23litres on 28 Mar 2016. since then i have replace my battery gkk once on june 2016. Now again I m facing the same problem two months after. the battery kit showing red. I have called the customer care many times but the complaint has not been rectified. instead i receive a confirmation text message showing that the complaint has been resolved. Here are the usage pattern of my house per week = 50 Litres Max (calculated on the basis of buying bottled water earlier - tubble top) per month = 200 to 230 litres max therefore in three months i have used only 690 to 700 litres max. how come i was forced to change the battery kit in june and now also in august.
